To elaborate further, as a psychic medium, Grace Divine is clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient. That means that she hears, sees and feels spirit and energy in the astral plane (other dimensional planes).

When Grace Divine does her readings, she is a channel. That means that she, like a telephone, for instance, only serves as a conduit for messages that she psychically senses from spirit.

And like a telephone, Grace Divine can NOT control the messages from spirit. She is a vessel receiving the messages that she merely relays to the individual being 'read.' Grace Divine can not control the messages that SPIRIT gives to her. In addition, when Grace Divine is doing a psychic reading, she NEVER answers questions of a medical, legal, accounting or financial nature. Grace Divine psychically 'blocks' all such messages related to medical questions, business, financial investments, legal issues or 'the law' in general or 'other' such messages. In addition, Grace Divine will NOT dispense legal advise of any sort when doing psychic readings. And Grace Divine will NOT answer questions about divorce, death and disease. Psychic readings by Grace Divine are for fun and entertainment purposes only!

And please do keep in mind that your psychic reading is subject to your own personal interpretation. The information provided does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice. The client receiving the psychic reading is responsible for all of their own choices and/or actions.

3. PAYMENT AND RELATED MATTERS

-Refund policy: Grace Divine tries to ensure that your visit with her will be psychically insightful. Sometimes problems arise and she will try to make sure that any problem is corrected. But since psychic readings are an information-based business for entertainment purposes only, she can not offer cash refunds or accept charge backs for credit card use.

-Fees for services must be received prior to your scheduled session. Money orders and cash (at your own risk if mailing) are the preferred methods of payment. Personal checks are accepted but sessions and services cannot be provided until the check clears the bank. Should you need to cancel or your scheduled service or should Grace Divine need to cancel your scheduled service, you will be offered the option of rescheduling that service. If your scheduled service is not rescheduled any payment received will be promptly refunded. -Rates subject to change without notice. -If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, you can retain your reading as a credit and you may re-schedule it within 30 days. -No credit is given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

4. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT PSYCHIC READINGS

-All readings will be conducted solely upon the discretion of Grace Divine. If for any possible reason Grace decides the reading should not take place, she maintains the right to refuse services. Readings conducted under false pretense will be deemed null and void.

-Grace Divine will NOT dispense legal advice under any circumstances when she is being consulted as a PSYCHIC. But if you would like to hire Grace Divine for legal advice, please know that first, she must first agree in writing to work for you as a lawyer, second, this writing must be signed by you and by her, and third, you must provide her with a retainer fee as agreed in the agreement.

-Please note, this website is NOT an advertisement to promote Grace Divine as a lawyer. Grace Divine is licensed to practice law in the State of California only. Any comment made about her as a lawyer or her practice of law, is applicable only in the State of California.

-THE USE OF RECORDING DEVICES: Grace Divine may use a recording device during communications, consultations, and/or sessions for the purposes of record keeping and to assist in the process of the services she provides. Recording of your session is NOT and can not be guaranteed due to technical difficulties. Please make notes or feel free to record the session for yourself.

-ABOUT PSYCHIC MESSAGES: Messages from spirit can be confusing and difficult to discern at times as to their true meaning. Anyone receiving them must understand that, by their very nature, they can only constitute opinions and not statements of fact and may not be relied upon as such statements of fact. As such, psychic messages can be unreliable.

-Readings are available only in English and Spanish.

-Privacy Statement: Grace Divine will not disclose any information to third parties. All readings are kept confidential unless Grace Divine feels that the client may be in danger of hurting themselves or another, and then in this case only she will contact the proper authorities.

-References and photos will be used on this site only if express permission from the participant of the reading or owner of the photo is given respectively.

-All photos used for readings are deleted immediately from our computer system or sent back to the client if one chooses to send a photo in the mail.
